- Foot pain
Services we offer:
- Minor Surgery

What to expect:
At your first appointment they will assess your feet and agree a treatment plan with you. Depending on the problem, this plan may include advice on self-care, regular podiatry follow-up or referral for further treatment.
A biomechanical assessment involves an examination of the lower limbs, looking at their structure, alignment, strengths and weaknesses. The foot is a complex structure of bones, ligaments and muscles, bearing our body weight as we walk every day. This type of assessment can eliminate a number of secondary issues such as repetitive sports injuries, back, knee and hip pain.
- This type of appointment is 1 hour and you will need to wear shorts (or trousers that roll up) and bring a couple of pairs of your day to day shoes, trainers or specific sport-based footwear.
- We assess standing, walking/running, joint quality and range of motion, and use our video gait analysis for accuracy.
- We use 3D scanning technology to take an impression of your feet to provide bespoke orthotics tailored to your specific needs.
